-Items must be in original condition and packaging
Non-Returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain products like our 100% human hair cannot be returned unless faulty
Refund: Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved funds are procced within 5-7 business days
Return costs: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless items received is defective or incorrect
Damaged or incorrect orders: Please report any issues within 48 hours of delivery, which must include a clear photo or video for proof.
